Marilyn Parente, Senior Consultant

As a management consultant since 1996, Marilyn Parente brings a unique mix of experiences to her clients. She advises business executives, mid-level managers, and others on organizational effectiveness; congruency across vision, mission, strategic planning, and high-level goals; and the impact of change in their organizations. In addition, she facilitates meetings for corporate and not-for-profit organizations, including setting vision / mission, strategic planning, goal setting, and problem solving.

Marilyn's specialties include certification to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument (Steps I and II), the EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence instrument), and the Intentional Leadership Audit. Marilyn holds certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Master of Arts in Organization Management. She is a certified Intentional Leadership Coach. Her client and employment roster ranges from Fortune 10 corporations to start-up businesses, publicly-traded entities to not-for-profit groups. She also shares her time and talent as a volunteer or board member for several organizations.

Besides her organizational development work, Marilyn also provides services as an event / liturgical photographer. Her work also is featured regularly in the St Matthias in Action newsletter and Matthias, the Magazine. Both are published by the Catholic Community of St Matthias, Somerset NJ.

Rich provides expert photography services for Parente HRG as his schedule permits. Recipient of several major awards for both his black and white and color prints, his specialties include macro (close-up) and landscape photography.
